The low level tactical control and the need for environmental awareness make for a gripping and visceral experience. It's hard to imagine myself ever playing and old school RTS again.

Even a new comer to COH can tell alot of time and effort was put into creating this game. I have seen numerous amounts of strategies used against me; keeping me entertained even 2 years later.

Company of Heroes is probably best RTS game at this moment. There is few balancing issues but they aren't so bad usually, but sometimes when enemy spams only rangers or antitanks it does get frustrating. This was the game me and my friends loaded after Wc3 (so big shoes to fill) and even if the games are quite different, this game do enjoy us at the same level, and the graphics when you zoom in = <3

Imo the best RTS at the moment. Playing with or against your friends is the best part. MP can be brutal for a new players.
