A'sC was a tremendous game, this sequel is even better ! Ezio is a highly charismatic hero, the city of Venice looks amazing and the game is overall more nervous and imaginative.

Loved it from start to finish. Great gameplay, nice story. But BAD DRM on Steam. :x

This is probably the game with the best story I ever played. Ubisoft's DRM totally sucks but once you get past that, you can enjoy a really great game. Surprised me and surpasses the first one by far.

Assasin's Creed II is a pretty decent game. However, the steep system requirements and the annoying DRM that resembles Communism makes you wonder if it is worth your money.
